CWT was quick to recognise social networking as a revolutionary tool in the online travel industry.

Recently this trend has taken the form of Web 2.0, social networking or blogging, where content is created and shared by users.

CWT responded to the emergence of social networking by building user-generated pages into their websites. These pages include questions, answers, news and reviews.

One of CWT’s top clients, Cruise.co.uk, is proud to announce that its user-generated pages are going from strength to strength.
